2. Scope of Services
Jay Kay Freight Forwarders provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics management services. All shipments are subject to the specific terms of the bill of lading or air waybill issued for that shipment.
3. User Obligations
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment details and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Timely payment of all service fees and duties.
4. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited in accordance with international conventions (such as the Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight and the Montreal Convention for air freight) and our standard trading conditions. We recommend that clients obtain comprehensive cargo insurance for all shipments.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
